General Terms and Conditions

1. General Information & Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between NUMINOTA (hereinafter referred to as "Seller", "we", or "us") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as "Buyer" or "Customer").

By placing an order, the Customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Contract Conclusion

The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. The confirmation of the receipt of the order follows immediately after sending the order via automated email. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order or send the goods.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are final prices in Euro (EUR) or Swedish Krona (SEK). Prices include statutory Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.
Note for collectors: Some items may be subject to differential taxation (Vinstmarginalbeskattning) according to Swedish tax law.

Payment Methods:
We offer several secure payment options. We highly recommend Bank Transfer for the best exchange rates and zero fees.

  • Bank Transfer (Recommended): Direct payment via IBAN/BIC (SEPA) or Revolut. This method has no additional fees from our side.
  • Swish: Quick and fee-free payment for customers in Sweden.
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Stripe): Secure immediate payment via VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, and Amex.


PayPal (Upon Request Only):
Due to high fees, PayPal is not available directly at checkout. If you must use PayPal, please contact us. Note that an additional handling fee (approx. 5% + fixed fee) will be added to your invoice.

The goods remain the property of NUMINOTA until full payment has been received.

4. Delivery and Pre-orders

Standard Delivery: Items that are in stock are usually dispatched within 1-5 working days after receipt of payment.

Pre-orders: If you order items listed as "Pre-order" (e.g., new Euro coin issues), the entire order will be shipped once all items are in stock. The estimated delivery date is specified in the product description but depends on the issuing mints.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination. They are clearly displayed before checkout.

Transport Damage: If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain to the deliverer immediately and contact us.

5. Product Descriptions & Photos (Grading)

We use specific terms to describe our product photos so you know exactly what you are buying:

A) Actual Photo (Originalbild)
The photo shows the exact item you will receive. This applies mainly to used items, rare coins, or specific banknotes where condition varies.

B) Sample Photo (Exempelbild)
The photo is a stock image or a representative example. You will receive an item of the same type and in the same condition (Grade) as described (e.g., UNC, VF), but the serial number or patina may differ slightly.

Grading: We guarantee that the item strictly corresponds to the stated condition (e.g., UNC, XF, VF).

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen).

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.

Effects of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

Return Shipping:
The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. Returns must be sent to our address in Sweden using a trackable shipping method (e.g., Registered Mail/Rekommenderat) for safety.

7. Warranty and Liability

Numinota guarantees the authenticity of all sold coins and banknotes for life. Statutory warranty rights apply.

8. Privacy Policy

We process your personal data (Name, Address, Email) solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and according to GDPR regulations. We do not share your data with third parties, except for shipping companies required to deliver your package. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.

9. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Swedish law. The contract language is English or Swedish.
